You will receive an order by email immediately after your confirmation.

An invoice will follow by email (pdf) within a week and payment information will appear on the invoice.

Your order is completed when we receive the money to our account. We only accept bank transfer.

Please note that we do not send acknowledgment receipt when receiving the money.
If we do not receive the money, we will send a reminder about this a month after the invoice date.
If you do not hear from us within one month after the invoice date, you can assume we have received your money.
